4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change prices without notice
• Freight and handling charges are additional

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in quotations and invoices. Standard terms are 50% advance payment and 50% before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to buyer upon dispatch
• Delays due to force majeure are not our responsibility
• Buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and report defects within 7 days

6. Warranty and Returns

6.1 Product Warranty

Our products are covered by a standard warranty of 12 months from date of installation or 18 months from date of dispatch, whichever occurs first. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

6.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation or use
• Damage from unauthorized modifications
• Damage from external causes (accidents, misuse)
• Failure to follow installation and maintenance guidelines

6.3 Returns

Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned unless defective. Standard products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee.
